NAHF's Dayton, OH, Learning and Research Center has been designed to reflect their passion and innovation. The exhibits and interactives will inspire young people to embrace the potential of technology, and to understand how our enshrinees harnessed and applied it in order to breathe life into man's dream of flight.
Mission Statement: The National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) is dedicated to honoring America's aviation pioneers, those individuals who have made significant contributions to America's rich legacy of air and space accomplishments through individual acts of great vision, technical innovation, skill and courage.
Purpose: To honor our enshrinees by creating a distinctive national aviation education resource that preserves and memorializes the outstanding accomplishments of enshrinees while educating and inspiring others to appreciate and honor this nation's extraordinary aviation legacy and the men and women who created it. The NAHF Education Center is dedicated to informing the public of American aviation heroes, their accomplishments, and their impact on developments in aviation.
Education Program: The National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) was established in 1962. In 1964, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed an act of Congress that gave the NAHF a National charter. The NAHF will inspire the public
