Chandelle Wines are available only to those who are over 21 yrs old. The minimum order is two bottles going to one address. Online ordering is available for 2 Bottle Sets and our 3, 6 and 12 Bottle Value Packs. Order multiple gifts and when your total order placed equals the number of bottles in a Value Pack, you will receive that special value price automatically!

How do we safely deliver wine directly to our customers?
We use special boxes to ship bottles of wine coast to coast. Each bottle is safe in its own compartment. We insure against damage, spoilage or loss during shipment. Unlike many other Internet shippers, in the rare situation of a problem requiring a claim concerning damage in shipment, we handle it. In many cases we go ahead and replace an item while the claim is being processed.

Again, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will replace it or you may return if for a refund within 90 days.

We are happy to hold your shipment for your desired delivery date. Order now, and we'll ship your wine later.In many situations we can offer you rush shipping at an additional charge, if required. Be sure to ask us about it.

Shipping Information:
Each bottle weighs three pounds. A 12 bottle case weighs 36 pounds. We include insurance and special packaging. We cannot ship wine items to a PO Box or APO/FPO. A business or daytime address is best. We may require a delivery phone number.

Rates are based on  shipping locations and package weight. Please call us and ask for current rates. When you order online, our Shopping Cart will automatically display the shipping charge for the wines you select. Rates are subject to periodic update.

Usually, from your order date to shipment takes about 4 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). Ground shipment then adds up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday excluding Holidays) for Coast-to-Coast delivery. This could mean about 9 business days until your order is delivered.

Two Day Shipment upgrade means delivery TWO business days AFTER it leaves our warehouse. This means, typically, 6 business days after you place your order. If you need Rush handling please let us know using the Comments section of the order form. There may be an additional charge for this service.

If you have a particular, specific date you need the wine by, please let us know upfront, even if it falls within the typical, but not guaranteed, delivery window.
